About the Role

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time, onsite position. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a K-8 setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • IEP Participation: Participate in and/or conduct individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure that student needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Provide consultative services to teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate educational goals into the classroom and home environment.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
