Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Scopeair, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of financial services. Your primary duties will include:
- Opening and closing various deposit accounts, along with renewing certificate of deposit accounts.
- Processing loan transactions and addressing customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Cross-selling additional services and performing necessary clerical tasks.
- Handling miscellaneous customer requests, including stop payments, automatic transfers, and check orders.
- Assisting customers with basic lending applications, including personal and consumer loans.
- Processing wire transfers within your designated authority.
- Managing Visa credit applications and Checkline applications.
- Providing assistance or referrals to customers for any questions or issues that arise.
- Responding to customer inquiries and transaction requests via phone, mail, and online platforms.
- Supporting Branch Management with daily operational tasks, such as generating customer reports and collecting data.
- Processing teller transactions as required.
- Maintaining compliance with Scopeair's policies and risk management procedures.
- Delivering exceptional service in alignment with our Service Excellence standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of teller experience and a thorough understanding of Scopeair's guidelines and procedures.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time hourly position, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
Skills and Competencies:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
