Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Performing general cleaning tasks such as sanitizing restrooms, mopping floors, and dusting surfaces.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including vacuums and floor machines, to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when replenishment is needed.
  • Conducting heavy cleaning tasks as required, including carpet shampooing and wall washing.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and assisting in keeping outdoor areas clear of debris.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and participate in mandatory training sessions is required.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Utilize ladders and perform tasks that may involve bending, stretching, and reaching.
