Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our Family Medicine team at our Kentwood Medical Office Building. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient and effective patient flow, preparing patients for visits and providing specific services and education as determined by providers.
  • Perform administrative duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in electronic health records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, reporting any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.
