Resort Receptionist

Inn at Bay Harbor is a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel located on the shores of Lake Michigan, offering a unique and exceptional experience.

This full-time position as Front Desk Agent comes with a salary of $18.00 per hour and includes various benefits such as a $300 sign-on bonus, paid after 60 days of employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing warm welcomes to guests, handling front office administration duties, answering phone calls, and performing cashier work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Properly perform check-in/check-out procedures for guest accounts.
• Keep accurate records of cash transactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
