A Barista Specialist at 7Crew Enterprises is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include:

• Preparing drinks and premixes to order
• Cleaning and stocking the cafe area
• Handling customer transactions and payments
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment

To be successful as a Barista Specialist, you must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
