Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, the candidate must effectively manage the following:

  • Branch Performance Management
    Oversee all operational functions within the branch, including safety protocols, order processing, shipping timelines, budget adherence, quality assurance, and facility upkeep.
  • Team Leadership
    Direct the Warehouse and Production Teams to ensure compliance with procedures, accuracy in orders, and adherence to safety standards. Manage staffing levels and workflow for optimal efficiency while providing training and clear performance expectations.
  • Logistics and Inventory Oversight
    Ensure the use of appropriate shipping methods, maintain quality checks, and oversee the receiving and storage of materials. Conduct inventory cycle counts and address any discrepancies, investigating root causes for significant variances.
  • Order Processing
    Utilize the software system to fulfill customer orders, ensuring items are packed correctly for shipment or prepared for production assembly.
  • Additional Duties
    Assign and monitor routine maintenance tasks, ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment, and uphold safety standards throughout operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within Warehouse, Shipping, and Safety operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Background in Production/Assembly processes
