Real Estate Sales Professional

A Real Estate Sales Professional is responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. This includes helping clients prepare their home to be placed on the market, assisting in the home search process, and mediating during sales and purchasing negotiations. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and an ability to build quality relationships with clients.
Real Estate Sales Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As they make more transactions, they earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 / year or more. The more work they put into establishing a client base, the more money they will earn.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
