The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including building and managing high-performing teams. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations in a fast-growing company is essential.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to Los Angeles, CA, and key markets as needed. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, with an OTE (on-target earnings) of $220,000 - $250,000, a performance-based bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with The Pack Labs' growth objectives, balancing immediate priorities with long-term scalability.
