This is a remote role with occasional travel to Los Angeles, CA, and key markets as needed. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, with an OTE (on-target earnings) of $220,000 - $250,000, a performance-based bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with The Pack Labs' growth objectives, balancing immediate priorities with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Sales Operations to define clear sales goals and create actionable plans to meet them.
- Foster strong relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders to drive growth and ensure smooth collaboration.
