Position Overview:

The role of Senior RF Engineer at ManTech International Corporation involves significant technical and programmatic responsibilities. This position necessitates a presence in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive programmatic and technical assistance to leadership within the organization.
  • Strategically plan and implement technology development throughout the research and development lifecycle.
  • Convert user requirements into precise system specifications and technical documentation.
  • Act as a consultant during acquisition source selection processes.
  • Identify and address technology deficiencies while establishing requirements and specifications.
  • Create and present documents and briefings to effectively communicate the status of programs.
  • Support various programmatic and acquisition-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a PhD with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of RF engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing RF modeling software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Possession of an active Secret clearance with the capability to secure a Top Secret clearance.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
