The Telecommunications Operations Manager will oversee the preparation and implementation of efficient OSP construction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining workflows. This role is responsible for optimizing permitting processes and developing strategies to keep authorities accountable.

  • This position manages all OSP planning and permitting activities from submittal to close, including submissions to municipalities, DOTs, railroads, utilities, and other regulatory agencies.
  • The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with permitting authorities to streamline approval processes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • This role is also responsible for coordinating with legal and regulatory teams to address permitting challenges and expedite approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages OSP permitting processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develops strategies to optimize permitting processes and minimize delays.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and utility companies.
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports progress on permitting and planning activities.
