This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions in Nashville, TN. TLC has an amazing culture focusing on employee career development and opportunities to work on spectacular projects, many of which you will know.


The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a leader in the department, supervising staff's day-to-day responsibilities and mentoring staff in technical knowledge and career development. You may also be responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with in-house coordination with multiple disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome.


Qualifications



  • Accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • PE
  • 15+ years of experience in A/E environment with focus on the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects
  • Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields
