Job Summary:
- Assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs.
- Perform angioplasty and biopsy procedures, among others.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray and fluoroscopy machines, to guide procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
