Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri.
Opportunity Overview
- We are a busy group of 4 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners dedicated to serving the growing community.
- Our ideal candidate will spend mornings in the Surgery Center and afternoons in the clinic, with optional ERCP and EUS procedures.
- We offer a 1:6 call schedule and a full business support team to ensure a smooth transition.
Benefits and Compensation
- We offer a 3-year guaranteed base salary and a partnership track for our physicians.
- Our 401(k) plan includes a 50% match of the first 6% of your contributions, with full vesting after 5 years.
- We also offer profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years and 11% for 10+ years as a physician.
- As a shareholder, you will retain personal profit and receive distributions from company profit centers.
- We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including HSA, medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance.
- You will also receive 20 days of PTO, 8 paid holidays, and 5 days of CME with a $2,500 allowance.
- We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment to support your career goals.
Additional Compensation Opportunities
- Our onsite infusion center and pathology services offer additional revenue streams.
- You can also participate in our onsite endoscopy/colonoscopy center with ASC buy-in at 1 year.
- Our physician-owned anesthesia company offers buy-in at 1 year, and our laboratory shareholder option provides bi-annual distributions.
