Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Nabisco Retail Merchandiser/Stocker to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking our products in retail stores, building relationships with store employees, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelēz International in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Merchandise and stock our products in retail stores, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and displays are visually appealing.
  • Build relationships with store employees, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to optimize visibility of our products and promote sales.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Ensure that our leading brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, are well represented and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
  • Communicate with Mondelēz' management team to resolve any issues or concerns related to sales, inventory, or customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz International in store.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location.
  • Have a flexible schedule, with one weekend day required.
