Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team, overseeing all IT-related staff, infrastructure, hardware, data security, and software across our sites. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensuring our business and production IT systems are designed, operating, and maintained at an acceptable level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an IT roadmap for all sites, including hardware, software, information security, and ERP systems.
  • Assess business requirements for all departments to determine their technology needs.
  • Monitor and optimize network and data security across the enterprise.
  • Continually evaluate capability and capacity of resources and adjust as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Integrate and harmonize IT systems, services, assets, and procedures across the enterprise.
  • Establish efficiency and/or effectiveness KPI's for IT resources and systems.
  • Become subject-matter expert for Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP system from an IT perspective.
  • Research and propose IT solutions to senior management to enable increased efficiency and/or value creation in the business.

Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related degree.
  • 8 years of experience in an IT leadership role, including management of direct reports.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multi-site IT management and integration.
  • M&A IT Due Diligence.
  • ERP systems (Infor Visual Manufacturing preferred).
  • Ability to analyze workflows and develop solutions to improve and automate.
  • Proficient in latest IT systems, strategies, and management.
  • Thorough understanding of, and direct experience with, IT as it relates to a high-growth, multi-site, complex manufacturing enterprise.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, involving both internal and external resources.
