- Merchandise Presentation: Perform merchandise-related activities to ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met, including implementing plan-o-gram changes and updates, merchandise set and price changes, and setting weekly ads.
- Sales and Promotion: Proactively engage every customer to ensure a positive customer experience, utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution, and maintain awareness of planned advertisements and promotions.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously develop personal selling skills and specialized product knowledge to drive Technology, Tech Services, Furniture, and Print sales.
- Store Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support company loss prevention efforts.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a related field, with 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to the role, basic computer skills, strong selling skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
