We are seeking a talented Associate Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating new designs based on the brand's direction and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating new designs that align with seasonal trends and the private label's vision.
- Collaborate with technical designers to create detailed tech packs that communicate specifications, measurements, and garment construction details.
- Review fit samples and provide feedback on necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of garment construction.
- Well-versed in fabrics.
- Experience working with overseas teams.
- Familiar with tech packs and BOMs.
- Mastery of sketching in Illustrator.
