Job Summary

This role leads and oversees the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of all Florida projects. As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in engineering, designing, or construction and hold a Florida Professional Engineer license. A strong background in personnel and cost/financial management is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate projects by analyzing scope, preparing budgets and schedules, and selecting teams and resources.
  • Develop project plans that set goals and objectives, define roles, and produce schedules and timelines for tasks.
  • Manage project tasks, monitor budget and schedule, and prepare monthly update reports.
  • Closely collaborate with the engineering team to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate successes and challenges, and prepare final closeout reports.
Requirements
  • Florida Professional Engineer license.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, designing, or construction CERTIFIED IN USA.
  • 7-10 years of experience in personnel and cost/financial management.
  • PREFERRED: PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • A comprehensive understanding of permitting procedures and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
