Nuclear Medicine Technologist Role

OneStaff Medical is currently seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to fill a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of top-notch patient care.
About the AssignmentThis role involves working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, responsible for conducting imaging studies, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting imaging studies, including PET/CT scans and SPECT examinations
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information, including medical histories and test results
- Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of South Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience working in a nuclear medicine department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
