We partner with our clients to provide value to projects of varying scope and complexity, from jobsite preparation to completion.

Job Summary:

This laborer position involves performing general construction tasks, including jobsite cleanup and moving materials by hand, operating motorized equipment, and working safely on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general construction labor duties, including jobsite cleanup and material handling.
  • Operate motorized equipment, such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts, safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores as instructed.
  • Work effectively in inclement weather conditions, with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance, if requested.
  • Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
  • Frequent use of hand tools, such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
  • Hold a valid 10-Hour OSHA Card.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior formwork/concrete construction labor work experience, with performance expectations met or exceeded.
  • A valid 30-Hour OSHA Card is desired but not required.
