We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Made by Mary. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our brand, developing high-quality designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand strategy to life.

• Visual Content Creation
  • Develop and execute visual content strategies across various platforms, including email, social media, and advertising.
  • Design and create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and stories.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure designs align with brand strategy and company goals.
• Brand Strategy & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the brand team to evolve the brand's visual identity and ensure all design outputs are effective, visually appealing, and on-brand.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, and videographers to help creative visions come to life.
  • Support the brand team in planning and producing photoshoots as needed.
• Project Management & Organization
  • Take ownership and accountability of projects assigned; complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Listen and positively apply feedback from leaders, peers, and team members.
  • Assist in completing projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

• 5+ years of Graphic Design Experience
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and e-commerce trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An exceptional graphic design portfolio
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• E-commerce or Fashion experience preferred
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing required
