- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or clinical specialty preferred.
- Licenses/Certification
- Registered Nurse in the state.
- Experience
- Five years of experience in healthcare administration/management, with a minimum of two years of experience at a senior nursing management level in a hospital setting.
- Two years of prior COO or CEO level experience preferred.
