Seeking a skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible NP to join our team of Hospitalists at Source Medical, LLC. in Columbia and Greene counties.
About UsWe are an affiliate of a local Medical Center, utilizing their facilities for complex cases requiring advanced care. Our hospital is not-for-profit, employing over 200 physicians, NPs, PAs, and CNMs across three campuses.
CompensationA competitive salary with an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, accompanied by an incentive package. Additionally, we offer excellent benefits, including occurrence malpractice insurance, individual and family health insurance, CME/professional dues, vacation and sick time, disability coverage, retirement plans, and more.
Job DescriptionThis full-time, permanent position involves working 7 days on, 7 days off, with an average census of approximately 70 patients per day. As a Hospitalist NP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with specialty consultants, and participating in Clinical Documentation Improvement and Case Management initiatives.
