Cannabis Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO and DCC regulations, maintaining and updating methods and SOPs, conducting interviews and performance reviews, coordinating employee training and development initiatives, and collaborating with team members to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or chemical engineering, 1-4 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a regulated environment, advanced understanding of analytical chemistry, microbiology, and methodologies, experience with LC, LC/MS/MS, GC/MS, ICP-MS, and PCR, familiarity with Pathogen DX's Detect X Platform, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
