Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. As a Crew Team Associate, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Food and Beverages: Prepare and assemble menu items to order, using proper cooking techniques and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, and ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and customize every guest's meal to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Work Effectively as a Team Member: Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure seamless execution of tasks and duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Food Handlers Certificate/Card – can be obtained online
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
  • Knowledge of basic safety and sanitation procedures
