Dishwasher Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher, you will:

  • Operate the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
  • Clean production equipment as needed or directed by a supervisor.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of previous experience, preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities.
