Millwork Coordinator

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking a highly skilled Millwork Coordinator to join our team. As a Millwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling company products and services, and coordinating the production and delivery of orders.

• Provide customer service to walk-in and contractor customers, including assisting with product selection, pricing, and availability.
• Sell company products and services, including generating sales quotations and entering orders into the computer system.
• Schedule production and delivery of orders with store operations.
• Use customer calls as opportunities to provide information about company products and develop new accounts.
• Plan and pace work efficiently to meet daily, weekly, or project-related productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot order processing issues to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities.
• May participate in coordinating customer workshops and assist with store housekeeping and inventory control.

• Knowledge of millwork products and company product pricing, discount, and estimating formulas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Demonstrated detail orientation and sales techniques, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Knowledge of and ability to use motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
