ACLD is a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to offering services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently in search of committed professionals to become part of our team as Behavior Support Specialists. In this capacity, you will be tasked with performing psychological evaluations and formulating behavior support strategies aimed at improving adaptive capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing functional behavior assessments
  • Crafting and applying behavioral support strategies
  • Engaging in behavioral intervention activities
  • Creating training materials in psychology

Qualifications:

-Master's degree in psychology or a related discipline

-At least five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)

-SCIP and CPR certifications

-Valid driver's license

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
