Behavioral Therapist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to provide comprehensive behavior support services to students in school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address student behavior.
• Provide staff training and consultation on behavior management techniques to ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with students diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
