In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced respiratory therapy skills, managing ventilators, and delivering exceptional patient care. Your critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills will be essential in this role. You will also have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.

The job requires:

  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required

Please note that Advanced respiratory therapy skills are required, with critical care experience preferred. Must be able to manage ventilators and provide advanced patient care. Must have a valid respiratory therapy license in the state where they will be practicing, hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, and have BLS certification.
