The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in our stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, and making product recommendations. You will also be responsible for meeting sales goals, supporting product replenishment activities, and maintaining a positive and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently execute our selling model in a fun and team-oriented environment
  • Meet sales goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
  • Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, product recommendations, and sales conversion
  • Support product replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant
  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
