As a Nursing Educator at Abrazo Health, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel. You will act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff, implementing a comprehensive education program for your assigned units while following and contributing to our educational goals and vision.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff across departments to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming
- Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff
- Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units
- Contribute to Tenet educational goals and vision
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty
- 1 year nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Current State Licenses & Certifications
