We are seeking a skilled Culinary Aide / Wait Staff to join our team at Otterbein Senior Life. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, guests, and employees.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, partners, and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of quality food, maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Restock cafeteria and other areas with food and supplies in a timely and courteous manner.
• Scrape dirty trays and dishes, and load and unload the dish machine.
• Hand wash pots and pans, and other designated items, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Communicate and cooperate with dietary personnel and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality, interacting positively with residents, family members, personnel, and visitors.
• Follow Universal precautions and Infection Control techniques to ensure a safe working environment.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in food service within a Long Term Care environment preferred.
