Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining efficient routines, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This includes leading devotionals, providing emotional support, and teaching basic life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain efficient routines
  • Lead devotionals and provide emotional support
  • Transport residents using company van
  • Record daily communication reports
  • Assume maternal influence and be approachable
  • Delegate cleanliness and organization tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Mature Christian actively living out their faith
  • Social Services experience
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Computer literacy
  • Drug-free and willing to submit to random testing
  • Proof of last TB test
