Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Lacey, Washington. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outpatient setting and be able to provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients. You will work closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, assist with patient assessments, and provide education to patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members
  • Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Active state license as a physical therapist assistant
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • 6 months of PTA experience within the last 5 years
