We are seeking an experienced Paraprofessional Educator to join our Education Department team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing instructional services, adhering to our Positive Organizational Culture principles, and working closely with Educational Resource Coordinators and Principals. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, experience working with at-risk youth, and knowledge of instructional strategies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to educational programs and policies
- Provide instructional support to students in academic and life-skills areas
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement curriculum
- Establish a positive rapport with students to foster their growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of experience working with at-risk youth
- Strong understanding of instructional strategies, classroom management techniques, and behavioral management styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
