Music Theatre Music Director

Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Performing Arts is seeking a highly qualified Music Theatre Music Director to join our faculty. As a tenure-track professor, you will be responsible for teaching courses in the music theatre curriculum, music directing productions, and partnering with the music theatre director to lead recruitment strategy and activities.

The successful candidate will have significant professional experience, a related advanced degree or equivalent professional experience, and a strong commitment to teaching and developing undergraduate music theatre students. They will also be a strong collaborator with other faculty members, designers, directors, stage managers, production staff, partners, and students across the Conservatory of Performing Arts.
