Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- TNCC certification.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, days and nights.
