Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous observation and monitoring for high-risk patients.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure a safe patient environment.
- Accompany patients during transportation, testing, and procedures.
- Establish a safe and risk-free patient environment using knowledge of fall prevention protocols and infection control measures.
- Document patient status and activity during the shift.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the patient care team.
