About the Job

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in a leading award-winning health system. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, meeting all quality control requirements under the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).

Responsibilities
  • Perform essential screening and diagnostic mammography, bone densitometry, and needle localizations
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and mentor new staff and students
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to foster patient, employee, and physician satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associates Degree – Radiologic Technology – Preferred
  • 2 years of formal education in a hospital-based program - Preferred
  • 2-year Mammography – Required
  • Florida State Radiologic Tech license – Required
