Position Overview:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of cloud technology to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your expertise will be essential in developing, managing, and securing a robust container platform that leverages the full potential of cloud capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tools and processes that enhance DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automation of builds, regression testing, monitoring, and deployment across various environments.
- Build and maintain AWS services utilizing infrastructure as code (IaC) platforms and configuration management tools.
- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to streamline operations.
- Leverage DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions, to automate workflows.
- Monitor and manage network and server infrastructure effectively.
- Administer Linux systems, focusing on patching, optimization, scripting, and automation.
- Collaborate with application development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing enterprise cloud-native solutions, including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Jenkins.
- Proficiency in enhancing continuous automation across various technical stacks.
- Ability to create and improve continuous deployment tools based on Kubernetes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud settings.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Linux, or Shell Script.
- Master's degree is a plus.
