POSITION SUMMARY: Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive an exceptional experience through prompt and friendly service, while being attentive to their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness at your station, setting up and breaking down tables as required.
  • Greet newly seated guests promptly and courteously.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu to address any inquiries regarding food and drink offerings.
  • Input orders into the system efficiently and in the correct order, applying necessary modifications.
  • Account for all sales linked to your personal system access and complete side work at the start and end of your shift.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating the system, processing credit card transactions, and reconciling cash at the end of your shift.
  • Ensure food is garnished correctly and deliver trays to designated areas as needed.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy.
  • Engage in promotional activities and contests to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Complete inventory and requisition forms as required.
  • Perform opening and closing duties promptly.
  • Assist with event setups and breakdowns.
  • Support fellow team members as necessary based on business needs.
  • Clear and reset tables as needed.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, and responding to guest requests promptly.
  • Foster positive relationships with all team members to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Listen attentively to guest orders and communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and smile frequently.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess strong communication skills to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Adhere to the dress code, presenting a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with various distractions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
