  • Coach and mentor Future Professionals to achieve their full potential, using objective-based education (O.B.E.) and other innovative methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our programs.

Requirements

  • Current Florida Full Barbering license.
  • Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
  • Solid work history with verifiable references.
  • Passion for the barber industry.
  • Honesty and professionalism.
