Join Our Team: We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' conditions thoroughly.
  • Develop and execute patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Manage patients with critical illnesses, including ventilator support.
  • Promptly respond to Code Blue situations and initiate appropriate protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on medications, treatments, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Active Registered Nurse license; Compact/Multi-State RN license accepted.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in ICU nursing is strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $58,900 - $88,400, based on experience.
  • Shift differentials available.
