Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments of patient needs, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.

  • Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication management, and health education.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.

  • Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • One year of experience in home health care preferred.
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
