Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Data Coordinator to join our team at Dover Corporation. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining items, routings, and bills of material in our Oracle ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication across departments to complete item set-ups and regular ERP data maintenance
  • Update ERP data for other departments as needed
  • Accurately determine the appropriate item template with direction from others
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with all departments as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years related job experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with ERP software (Oracle preferred)
  • Familiar with ERP data (e.g., Item Type Templates, Bills of Materials, Routers, Locators)
