Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Licensed Sales Producer LSP to join our team at Goldberg Financial & Insurance Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the book of business through new client sales and maintaining profitable relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage as well as network for new clients, including win backs.
  • Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a source of reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Have a proven track record of business to business sales success.
  • Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
