Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospital Security Officer to join our team at Christus Health. As a Hospital Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling hospital buildings and grounds to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to service requests
  • Enforcing facility parking policies and regulations
  • Assisting clinical/non-clinical staff with combative patients or visitors
  • Demonstrating proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of armed security experience preferred
  • Active Level 3 Certification (Texas) required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work varied shifts and rotate between facilities
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
