About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Unit team on a night shift. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with data collection and provide feedback to the Registered Nurse to enhance clinical decisions.
  • Collect and document relevant data according to hospital standards.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions established in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing care and therapies.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and assist in achieving unit-specific nurse-sensitive indicators.
Requirements
  • Current State LPN License.
  • High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
  • New graduate LPNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the LPN residency program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred (but not required).
